Where we ship

We currently ship across the United Kingdom only. We're working on reaching further. If you're outside the UK and want Sprouted, drop us a line and we'll let you know when we get to you.

Delivery costs

• £3.95 flat rate on orders under £30
• Free delivery on orders over £30

Timescales

Orders are sent via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery usually takes a further 2 to 4 working days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way, with tracking where available.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at [info@wearesprouted.co.uk] and we'll chase it or send a replacement. We don't want you out of pocket for a problem at our end.

Address accuracy

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help.
